Thanks for sending out, Arnaud. I added two to the etherpad for metadefs: the
glance client and related tempest patch.
Without the client, we can't get the related Horizon patches landed.

For anybody looking at metadefs, I added a script to the etherpad[1] that can
be run on a fresh devstack to get all of the Glance patches + the first Horizon
patch will enable this for image metadata. (Go to Admin dashboard -- Images
-- Update Metadata (row action). Please ensure that all code is committed or
stashed before running the script (or snapshot your vm).
