specified in the requirements integration job. I think you need to set

I was trying to raise the cap for Django in[1].
It looks quite simple, current requirements is
Django=1.4.2,1.7
and I simply removed the upper boundary:
Django=1.4.2
with the result, django-nose is not installed any more.
(That's a rest dependency for horizon), it's listed in the same
