[openstack-dev] [nova][i18n] why isn't the client translated?
I noticed that there is no locale directory or setup.cfg entry for babel, which surprises me. The v1_1 shell in python-novaclient has a lot of messages marked for translation using the _() function but the v3 shell doesn't, presumably because someone figured out we don't translate the client messages anyway.
