Based on Thierry’s comment that we’ll have less space/time for summit sessions, I want to make sure we start thinking about topics that need to be addressed as a team earlier than we might usually.

You don’t need to write up a full spec for proposals, yet, but when the time comes to make the hard decisions any proposals with a written spec are likely to be given priority.
