[openstack-dev] [oslo.vmware] Updates

Hi,
I just thought it would be nice to give the community a little update about the 
current situation:

  1.  Version is 0.4 
(https://github.com/openstack/requirements/blob/master/global-requirements.txt#L58)
 *   This is used by glance and ceilometer
 *   There is a patch in review for Nova to integrate with this - 
https://review.openstack.org/#/c/70175/.
  2.  Current version in development will have the following highlights:
 *   Better support for suds faults
 *   Support for VC extensions - this enables for example Nova to mark a VM 
as being owned by OpenStack
 *   Retry mechanism is 'TaskInProgress' exception is thrown
