Team, I've taken a stab at adding milestone-based priorities to our task list in https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/newton-relmgt-plan by prepending N1, N2, or N3 to the TODO items that I think we need to finish by one of those milestones. This is a continuation of the discussion we started Friday at the summit, so it's all still up for debate. Please review the page and leave notes if you think something that isn't prioritized should be or if a priority seems wrong. We'll discuss the results at the meeting next week.
