Hello, The Newton branch will be created tomorrow, we can start the Tricircle cleaning in the trunk to make Tricircle dedicated for networking automation. At the same time Tricircle Newton release will be done in the Newton branch, two more patches needed for this branch: one patch to update devstack related script to download newton branch code, one patch for release note.
During the discussion in yesterday weekly meeting, we agreed following plan to clean Tricircle: * 1. update README: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/375218/ * 1. local plugin spec: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/368529/ * 1. local and central plugin: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/375281/ * 2.central and local plugin for l3: https://review.openstack.org/#/c/378476/ * 2. remove api gateway code: * 3. security group support: * 3. installation guide update(no api gateway): * * ----- Try to get these above cleaning patches merged before Oct.19, before Barcelona summit.
