Hi, Since we need to design these days both alarm equivalence/merge [1] and resource equivalence/merge features, I thought it might be a good idea to start with a use cases document. Let’s agree on the requirements, and then see if we can come up with a design that matches both cases. I pushed the first draft for the use cases document [2], and I’ll be happy to get your comments.
