Hello, Sorry I don't know what happened in the history of Neutron DB design.
It's very strange that there is no timestamp for Neutron objects, especially for Port. Nova/Cinder has timestamp field for almost all objects. Port status will be changed timely, it's very useful to record the timestamp for maintenance purpose. Providing timestamp based query is also helpful. For example, change-since filter is used for timestamp based query in Nova API. Shall we add the timestamp fields to Neutron objects in the Kilo?
