I would like to ask you consider to raise priority from low to medium (I completely understand this is not a high priority feature) the BGP Dynamic Routing feature (https://blueprints.launchpad.net/neutron/+spec/bgp-dynamic-routing).
The feature has just 3 patches. * https://review.openstack.org/#/c/115554/ * https://review.openstack.org/#/c/115667/ * https://review.openstack.org/#/c/115938/ ready since last week. It has been proposed as one of the extensions to include in the Neutron Incubator project. I'm sorry but I ignore the status of the rest proposed extensions, but I would be happy to collaborate in anything to include it there as first experimental extension.
