The oslotest.mockpatch has been deprecated in favor of native fixtures in [1] , need remove its usage in python-heatclient, python-blazarclient [2][3], Heat/Blazar team please help review, then we'll merge [4] [1]https://review.openstack.org/#/c/245199/
