We won't be conducting a meeting this week because of the PTG,
however, we'll be making an effort to try and allow/bring remote
access to those not at the PTG over this week.
I apparently missed the email Sean sent a while back saying it was OK to
start the migration, but we talked today and so I've submitted the
patches to move cinder's zuul settings. Here's the list.
