I’m trying to understand the path of a series of issues I’ve been interested in
for some time. Hopefully, someone can spend a few minutes to educate me on the
state of affairs, how/when incubation code might make it to the main project.

I’m having trouble understanding the need for MultiStrOpt. I see it used in a
few places like ‘notification_driver’, and wonder why a MultiStrOpt is a better
choice than ListOpt. Could someone enlighten me. I suspect it’s used for a
reason, but if you’ve tried to programmatically
