I think it’s better to use Barbican,
It provides CA function and also secure key storage.
magnum-conductor should store conductor’s client key to connect k8s api server.

Anyway, I think `Taskflow` is useful to manage jobs which take a long time.
So if we don’t use taskflow to manage bay status,
we should use this to manage k8s resources.

But I can boot a vm using compressed image (fedora-21-atomic-3.qcow2.xz
(https://fedorapeople.org/groups/magnum/fedora-21-atomic-3.qcow2.xz))
when decompress it by hand.
