[openstack-dev] [All] Who needs a pair of hands to write tons of python code

2014-12-18 Thread Michael
Hi all,

I am looking to write tons of code in python and looking for guidance.
There are a lot of projects in openstack but it is hard to choose one. It
also becomes harder when some of the components are aiming to become more
stable instead of adding new feature.

Regards,
Michael

As you've noticed, OpenStack already has tons of code in Python
and what we really need is help refining/fixing it rather than
piling more on top of it. Where most projects could _actually_
benefit from help is to investigate open bugs and review proposed
changes. Also here's a link to our Developer's Guide to get you
started:

http://docs.openstack.org/infra/manual/developers.html

Hope that helps, and welcome aboard!

StoryBoard is always looking for help, and we've got a nice roadmap that
you can pull a feature from if you're so inclined:
https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/StoryBoard/Roadmap

Come hang out on #storyboard and #openstack-infra :)
