I'd like to add Hunt Xu to the qinling core team. As you know, Qinling project was just approved as an official openstack project, it's still very young and doesn't get a ton of activity or review, but Hunt Xu has been involving in the development and improvement for comparatively quite a while now:
http://stackalytics.com/report/contribution/qinling/30 He's currently working on improving the tests which is important for Qinling at this stage (much appreciated!), we also need his vision and passion for the project which is definitely required to be a core reviewer.
