I got the solution, There is not 'enable' attribute in objectClass
inetOrgPerson
of openldap inetOrgPerson schema. Now everything is OK.

If you miss only the 'enabled' attribute you can just turn on
'user_enabled_emulation' in [ldap] section of your config.
This way you won't need to modify LDAP schema in your server.

because there is no such attribute in its schema.
I don't know the status now.
