Hi Melanie In general, images created by glance v1 API should be accessible using v2 and vice-versa. We fixed some bugs [1] [2] [3] where metadata associated with an image was causing incompatibility. These fixes were back-ported to stable/kilo. Thanks Sabari [1] -

Hi Melanie, In short, you can work on images using Glance's v1 and v2 at the same time and your images should be created, listed etc. When you operate Glance with Nova and likely use Nova's Images API, you will need to have Glance's v1 operated currently. There is a upgrade plan (v1->v2) we are
