Thanks for sending this.

I just had a quick idea - maybe when we cancel the weekly meeting we should
move it to email. So rather than a cancellation email you could send you
status or anything you have to say and others could reply with their
contributions. It would be a good way to keep in touch when we don't have
the formal meeting.
