Hi dims, All of the deployments I've been a part of so far use 5.0 or newer, as do most of the developers I interact with. I'm not aware of anything specific as to why 4.1 would not work (someone more familiar with details of the vSphere APIs than I may be able to chime in), but based on customer input I expect most of our testing to focus on 5.x series, at least for now. Feel free to file a launchpad bug with logs describing what is happening on your 4.1 setup that is resulting in a problem. Please remember to add the tag 'vmware', so that it shows up when the vmwareapi sub-team searches for bugs. Shawn, Dan, What are the versions of ESX and vCenter that should work by the time Havana gets out? Havana Trunk-ESX 4.1 and Havana Trunk-vSphere 4.1-ESX 4.1 do not seem to work.
