Anne makes a good point about Joseph, I’d like to see him on the core list
sometime - especially seeing as he has core experience on the docs-specs

Although I knew this was here, I would not say this is easy to find if you were
looking for this type of information. The contributor guide continuously grows
and grows. I wonder if

Also, Akhiro Motoki has been doing an awesome job. Probably not suitable
for this round, but would keep an eye out for next round.

a *lot* of i18n patches that are highly relevant to Frank Kloeker (eumel8), the
