Huge thanks to everyone who participated in the sprint! bkero and
clarkb were particularly active in helping me go through our huge
(128) list of projects, triaging and closing as they went along, fungi
also answered a bunch of questions throughout the day. Zara drafted a
script now in the Etherpad to spit out only projects with stories and
it was pretty accurate, so we'll use that next time and SotK was also
standing by early in the sprint to help us out.

Now the fun part...

Starting story count: 496
Ending story count: 402

We did a pretty good job!

If you weren't able to participate, I encourage you to look at the
etherpad. We left notes for various people throughout so you may be
able to update a story or two:
https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/infra-bug-day-september-2016

There were also three projects that didn't have any owner for the day,
so those stories weren't looked at during the sprint:

openstack-infra/gear
openstack-infra/shade
openstack-infra/zuul

Of particular interest for our sprint next week, it would be nice to
make sure we're on top of our Zuul stories.

Also related to our sprint, there's a massive infra-cloud story that
hasn't been looked at in a few months. If someone (rcarrillocruz,
perhaps?) could look at this story so we're in good shape when we meet
next week, it may help us at the sprint:
