upgradig from pike to queens I got a lot of errors in nova-api.log:
upgrade pike to queens get `xxx DBConnectionError SELECT 1`

before upgrading to queens, we used in qemu.conf the vnc_passwd parameter.
Using the dashboard console asked me for the password.
Upgrading to queens it does not work anymore (unable to negotiote security
