NYC is obviously expensive for hotels generally. I have stayed at
various locations and also organized accommodations for people before.
Just last week a colleague shared a great price for a centrally
located and reasonable quality hotel he stayed at.

As Matt discussed, there is a push to better identify debug messages (and
the packages) that are important to operators.

I would like to propose that we use deprecated_reason (at a minimum)
to detail in what release an option was deprecated in, and what
