I think there are a couple of points that are still worth debating: 1) PTL membership on the Technical Committee 2) The concept of a "Technical Member" We'll have some more discussion on the general mailing list on this, but I wanted to bring it to the current PPB's attention specifically in case you're not following the other closely.
