You will need to run the cinder-volume service in the compute nodes. You will
have to set it up manually, though, because Packstack only installs it on the
controller.

Hi,
I am deploying OpenStack with 3 compute node, but I am seeing an abnormal
distribution of instance, the instance is only deployed in a specific
compute node, and not distribute among other compute node.
this is my nova.conf from the compute node. (template jinja2 based)

Thanks a lot!

Hey, all. I've had a request for a non-admin user to see all the VMs
currently running, irrespective of project. I've gone through the
policy.json file (this is Juno) and enabled everything I could think of
that seemed appropriate, to no avail. Is there any way to do this
without granting

OK, I feel kinda dumb, but I never realized I could go and search for
policy.json policy in the pertinent Python files. That's awesome!

Good luck (with your upgrades ;))

Just a quick follow up on this... I just discovered a quirky UX bug that
might explain some frustration people have been having with the

Hello,
I prepared a third party CI for masakari project.
And, it is already enabled.

Can you add the following account to Third-Party CI group[1]?

Hi, Sylvain, Jay, Eric and Matt,
I saw the n-rp and reshaper patches in upstream have almost finished. Could you
help to review XenServer vGPU related patches when you have the time?

Hi,
The controller_ip_port_list option is list of all IP of node which is deployed
octavia-health-manager.

Hello everyone!
I'm looking into how to run Octavia services (controller worker,
housekeeper, health manager) on several network nodes and get confused with
setup guide [1].
Is there any special config option for such case? (controller_ip_port_list
probably)
What manuals/docs/examples do we have
Here is a related bug [1] and implementation [1] for that. PTAL folks!

At the moment that is all we have for a setup guide.
That said, all of the Octavia controller processes are fully HA
capable. The one setting I can think of is the controller_ip_port_list
setting mentioned above. It will need to contain an entry for each
health manager IP/port as Sa Pham

Hi,
The current time for the weekly Cyborg IRC meeting is 1400 UTC,
which is 6 am Pacific and 10pm China time. That is a bad time for most
people in the call.
Please vote in this doodle for what time you prefer.
If you need more options, please respond in this thread.
