No, it's not fixed. It is only fixed if I set my systemtime to -1
(wrong). I misinterpreted that before and though it was just about the

openSUSE shows a number of tests on different partitions, before it finds a
bootable image and gives an error message that an image has not been found.

to build a system for my Banana Pi M64. After starting the system I do have an
IPv6 connection, but no IPv4 connection

I tried writing Leap 15.2 EFI image to a SD card and slotting it into a
board, and it just works.
However, booting openSUSE in qemu is really difficult.
First you need the qemu which by deafult provides only aarch64 uefi, you
need to ask for the arm32 one:
