First touch with WebWork2. The ActionProxy is a good stuff for unit
testing. However, I got the above error when run a simple action.
What is wrong?

What does your web.xml look like? Do you have the tag lib declaration
there?

webwork.configuration.xml.reload=true
Then it will be automatically reloaded, along with any included files,
any validation.xml files, etc.

If you're unit testing and using the ActionProxy and your Action has a
ServletDispatcherResult, you'll need to mock up the Request, etc...
I would suggest that if you're unit testing you just set your properties
on your Action instance that you create yourself and execute it. You
don't need to

magic value for webwork.multipart.parser 'internal', which will make
webwork use the internal parser.
I'd also like to change the default parser to be the internal one,
which would mean that webwork had one less dependency
