How do you use ObjectFactory? There is a static setObjectFactory(),
but I do not see where it is called. Do I need to create a
ServletContextListener to create an instance of a derived class

Hm, what's the interest in this? I can add it to the core if there is
some demand for it (along with an example), as it stands it's an add on
