I've been trying to replicate the error using the 8 thin clients that had these
freeze issues, but surprisingly I couldn't replicate the problem.
I'm basically using two models of computers as thin clients, and the problem
was present in both of them:
1. Dell Inspiron 660
2. Acer Veriton 2620G
However, some days ago I did some changes:
1. Assign a fixed IP to the OTC Server.
2. Restart the OTC server as per Thomas recommendation.
I'm not sure which of these actions helped me to solve my OTC problems, maybe
it was the combination of both, but at the end I'm happy because is one
headache less. Now, I can use again these 8 computers as thin clients.
Thank you very much for your help and time. I will keep monitoring these thin
clients to see if something else happens with them.

Hi Milton,
can you please provide some more details (harware specs) of the clients
you're using?
Please disable the splashscreen inside the hardwaretype and boot again.
On wich point does the client stop exactly? A foto would be nice.

The fact you're refering differs from the one Milton is mentioning.
Boot issues should never be confounded with issues while the client is
running.
