Dear OpenVAS users, we are happy to see over 900 rsync-based feed syncs per minute from the community.
Tthe increase over time made it necessary to move the feed server into a new data center and increase capacities. We apologize for any inconvenience during the transfer. However, all should work now as before, or actually even better. Another change is the provider of the service. So far Intevation was providing the rsync feed server, starting in 2005. We thank Intevation for the past 11 years hosting this service! The new community feed server is provided by Greenbone. We are happy to continue this service and have taken all measures to handle further growth of the user community.
