Hello list,
there is a thing which I do not understand. The "openvas-***-sync" and now
"greenbone-***-sync" are always downloading some same stuff again and again.
This is weired, as we use rsync, which should just download only newer or
changed stuff. I can not believe, that stuff from 2002,
try running openvas-feed-update and then openvasmd --rebuild --progress
--verbose
THis should re download and re-index all the NVT's/CVEs

Did all that, but nothing changed.
I can run the Task, it completes momentously.
When I enter report it says:

I have just refreshed my Kali linux machine to the latest hold and then
installed OpenVas 9. Worked great until I found it can't update NVT's.
Futher research shows not updating because of IP connection Refused. How
do I get my ISP unblocked? Don't know how I got blocked of if it is
