Currently right now, neither of those.  But once the patches Lev has sent to
the mailing list gets reviewed (hint hint, Windows devs!), it will go into git
master.  Whether that happens before or after we branch out the 2.5 release,
is currently open, but it would be great if we could manage to get it into the
2.5 release.

I don't recall now if the patches from Lev updates the man page, but it should
when the merge finally happens.
