problem, you are not providing anything (build output, logs..).

* the latest stable release contains minicom 2.7-1
* the latest snapshots contains minicom 2.7-1
I have also
The link https://alioth.debian.org/frs/download.php/file/3977/ gives
minicom-2.7.tar.gz when I clicked it, so link seems to be correct...

The Build-process failed in CC for minicom.
The Error is a download error.
