Build libbz2 and make bzip2 depend on it. libbz2 is necessary for
packaging bsdiff.
Also update perl-compress-bzip2 package accordingly.

The first patch adds extra symlinks to the tools provided by lrzsz to
help minicom find them.
Patch 2 extracts libbz2 for bsdiff.
Patches 3-4 add bsdiff and xdelta3 packages. These are binary diff and
patch utils.

tried to build a fresh checkout. Full log is attached. Here is what I
