Tested on xen-4.2.3_02-0.7.1.
It used to work before because xen-kbddev is optional, maybe only used for
mouse/GUI.
The driver now loads correctly:

[4.866167] input: Xen Virtual Pointer as
Since kernel 2.6.39, XEN_KBDDEV_FRONTEND was renamed to
INPUT_XEN_KBDDEV_FRONTEND. See:
