Compile-tested on: cns3xxx, imx6, mvebu, x86_64
When compiling for mvebu/cortex-a53 it complains about undefined symbol:
Cortex-A55: 1024718: Update of DBM/AP bits without break before make might result in incorrect update (ARM64_ERRATUM_1024718)
This will pop up for every ARM64 (aarch64) target.
Other than that:

It seems mvebu has multiple archs ... I compile tested the 1st one (non ARM64)

I could simulate the issue and created a V2 adding the symbol for 4.14 (and 4.9 just to be safe)
It's also rebased on the latest master state at this time
