Functest doesn't need this job as we build our docs directly on readthedocs
(rtd).
Else we (DOC PTL?) could update the job to a newer interpreter available on
the build servers.

When I submit a patch to gerrit, it automatically triggers job
'dovetail-rtd-verify-master'. But after Dovetail changing from Python 2 to
Python 3, this job always failed. See

tools be used to quantify the interns contributions? Then, at the end of their
