We find this invaluable in ODL.
It enables some nice workflows:
* Reviewers can fix minor things for submitters, vs writing comments and
waiting on a new patchset (often more work and slower).
* Patches that require lots of collaboration, like governance docs, can be
edited by everyone.
Thanks,
Forge author is extremely useful if you ever want to update someone else's
patch.
To align with all other LFN projects I would like to allow forge author
globally for any opnfv project member that is properly signed off.
This is standard practice and will facilitate cross project participation.
