All, After almost 2 years of on-and-off discussions, the TSC earlier voted to approve the updated Charter that reflect OPNFV community's consensus on merit-based TSC composition. (I still remember the discussion we had at the TSC meeting during the OPNFV Summit in Berlin)
The updated Technical Charter <https://www.opnfv.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/12/2018/04/OPNFV-Project-a-Series-of-LF-Projects-LLC-Technical-Charter-4-10-2018.pdf> can be found by clicking the "Charter" menu at the top of the opnfv.org page. In addition, a link to the Community Election Procedure document can be found at https://www.opnfv.org/software/technical-project-governance.
