Hi Ryota, SFC with Apex is not supported in Danube. It was supported in Colorado, and we are working on adding it for Euphrates. We recently submitted a patch which enables NSH OVS 2.6.1 with Apex: https://gerrit.opnfv.org/gerrit/#/c/35471/
I also have a pending patch for enabling SFC scenarios: https://gerrit.opnfv.org/gerrit/#/c/38561/ That will allow one to deploy the SFC scenario, however we will still need to test/debug the functionality before the E release. If you want to help test that out then after this patch is merged download the latest artifacts and you should be able to deploy it.
