I reviewed version-09 and this version-10 has addressed my comments.
One minor issue: the current version of the YANG file revision-date is not
updated, e.g. ietf-service-assurance-dev...@2022-04-07.yang, which can be fixed
when released.

It is relevant as it specifies new IPFIX Information Elements necessary for the
