Hello all:
We are planning on doing a side meeting during the IETF 119 on "exposure of
network and compute information to support edge computing applications". This
is a follow up from the side meeting we had in IETF 118 on the same topic, for
which you can find the materials/recordings in
Thank you all for the productive conversations we had these past days on
compute metrics exposure during the IETF 119 side meeting [1,2] as well as in
CATS [2,3,4] and OPSAWG sessions [5].
The chairs of CATS and OPSAWG suggested that we write to the three mailing
lists (including ALTO) to
organizers, and we understand there is a fine balance of expectations.
Certainly we can learn and improve in the future, so thanks again for your
feedback, and sorry in advance for any potential imbalances.
Jordi

Subject: Re: Session slot request in OPSAWG for network/compute exposure

Dear Chairs,
We would like to request a session slot to present a new draft on joint
exposure of network and compute information:
https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-rcr-opsawg-operational-compute-metrics/
10' minutes would be ideal, but if time is limited, we would be happy with 5'.
