Hi, I'm a newbie with OpsView. Everything seems to have been installed OK. Menus work fine. So do the default tests on the only machine defined, localhost. Three tests however keep reporting failures, the MySQL tests It gives: "(Return code of 255 is out of bounds)" on the MySQL DB performance test

Hi, I get "CHECK_NRPE:Error - could not complete SSL handshake." error when I have added to the opsview server. I have added the opsview server's IP address to the server's nrpe.cfg file. I didnt do any configuration. How can I compile nrpe with no ssl support when I I set up the opsview

I need an agent for a variety of SuSE boxes, 9, 10 and 11 in various sub-flavours. The provided OpenSuSE 10 rpm doesn't work on my SLES 10.1 test device, so I think I am going to have to do it all the old fashioned way. How do I go about compliling the Agent myself. Thanks David _

Hey all- I'm a bit stumped on this, I've got a productive 3.5 and a test 3.7 running on CentOS 5.4. Neither will send e-mail alerts and I can't find any configuration information or logging related to e-mail alerts. In addition, I can send from the command line so I believe it's not an issue
