As of a couple days ago, Ubuntu bug #261693 [https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/261693] was resolved, adding Tor version 0.2.0.31-1 to the latest beta release of Intrepid Ibex. As this is the first 0.2.x deb to be included in Ubuntu, it would be very helpful to get testers before the release goes
