Provide design specifications programmers and ensure specifications are clear, concise and meet the needs of the data owner. The position provides support for both internal and external customer facing projects. Works closely with business unit application users and with all roles in Information Services & Technology. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong technical skills to include .NET; database design; MS SQL Server Integration Services; MS SQL Reporting Services; writing MS SQL server stored procedures, functions, etc; Java. Well organized with the knowledge of industry standard development processes. Knowledge of SDLC approaches and Agile. Knowledge of behavioral healthcare or healthcare. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening skills. Demonstrated effectiveness in building rapport and relationship with peers and staff at all levels in the organization including executive management. College degree in information systems technology or equivalent combination of course work, experience and training in computer systems concepts and design. Prior experience as a programmer analyst. Healthcare experience desired.
