*Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Symantec) & Washington, DC (AARP)* *Duration: 6 months+* *Rate: $70/hr all inclusive* *For AARP Washington position, look for only ‘Non-Desi’ candidate.* *Description:* - A technically strong hands on expert who can design, build and support business requirements for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), develop technical road maps for the web CMS platform and lead the migration of the various web properties on to AEM.The candidate should have a solid understanding of overall architecture of AEM templates, widgets, components and workflows including knowledge of out of the box search capabilities and custom integrations with enterprise services.- Determines and develops architectural approaches and solutions, conducts business reviews, documents current systems and develops recommendations of how to proceed with the applications.- Ensures success of AEM enterprise-level integrations and development efforts effecting upstream and downstream legacy systems.- Evaluates existing or proposed systems for the business, and devises computer systems and related procedures to solve the business need.- Devises or modifies procedures to solve problems considering system(s) capacity and limitations, operation time, and form of desired results.- Oversees the team that analyzes, develops, installs, tests and modifies the enterprise-wide AEM platform.- Coordinates third-party relationship with outsourced team and vendors for applications and troubleshoots problems with department users and administrators; responsible for managing development teams.- Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes that balance technical and business goals. *Qualifications: - *Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager and experience with rolling out templates, micro sites, tagging and campaigns on AEM.- Experience architecting and providing hands on technical leadership for development of AEM based Enterprise Content Management platforms.- Proven track record to delivering enterprise initiatives working across organizational boundaries.- Strong sense of ownership and accountability with a commitment to delivering quality outcomes that balance technical and business goals.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Comfortable interacting regularly with both technical subject matter experts as well as business owners of all organizational levels.- 8+ years of experience in developing, enhancing and operating digital content platforms with at least 4-5 years of hands and/or technical leadership on AEM/Adobe CQ platform.- Bachelor''s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
