*Subject: Business Analysts with Agile Exp ( F2F Must, Locals only,
GC,CITIZENS ONLY)***
*Location: Dallas,TX*
*Duration: *18 Months
*MUST COME FROM A STRONG AGILE BACKGROUND. They will have to travel once a
quarter to Brazil, so they must have a valid passport. These are for
Senior level BAs, people that conduct JAD sessions, not participate. They
want leaders that own the requirements and communicate with all levels of
user and technical people.*

Duties:
The primary objective for this candidate will be to drive the requirements
gathering process for southwest.com. You will work with a team of 10 - 20
people, managing all aspects of the business analysis / value management
role, including:
*• documenting the project scope, *
*• planning the release, *
*• developing user stories and acceptance criteria, *
*• ensuring your team understands what is required to successfully meet
business goals, *
*• supporting production releases, *and coordinating with other development
teams.
Experience:
• 7+ years experience as a Business Analyst in a fast-paced environment
• Track record of success on increasingly complex assignments
• Experience working within an Agile development environment as a business
analyst or product owner
• Demonstrated ability to remove roadblocks and solve problems
• Confirmed juggler of multiple tasks and deadlines
• Regularly interfaced with business leaders and other application
development teams to understand business opportunities for information
sharing.
Comm. skills must be fabulous
CBAP and JIRA are pluses.
