Job Title: Peoplesoft HCM Trainer Location: Athens, GA Duration: 12 Months Get 1 reference Job Description: We are looking for a training specialist to assist in the development and delivery of training in support of our PSHCM 9.2 implementation. The implementation training strategy includes using remote training, classroom training and asynchronous training. Responsibilities: Develop lesson plans and supplemental training materials for instructor-led, live training (delivered remotely and in the classroom) Deliver remote live training sessions via WebEx Deliver classroom led training sessions Participate in the development of video training Participate in the development of UPK topics Required Skills: PSHCM 9.1 (or higher) Experience, preferably in the following modules: Payroll, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Commitment Accounting, Human Resources – at least 2 years Experience developing and delivering technical training Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques Sound decision making and organizational skills Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences Thanks, Sunny Roy su...@cncconsulting.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "oraapps" group.
