Subject: Data/ETL Tech Lead role 6 to 12 months CTH position Minnetonka or Eden Prairie. in MN Primary Role: STARS Supplemental Data Technical Lead As STARS Supplemental Data Technical Lead the successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager, Project Architect and will be accountable for meeting deliverables, developing high quality data reports and for guiding, executing with and developing the team. Required Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience as a technical team lead overseeing application design & development. • Deep ETL experience with SSIS, SSRS and SQL • 4+years development/implementation experience as an application/integration developer • 2+years of experience with standard health care file format including CCD, CCDA, HL7 etc. • 2+years of experience with MS SQL Server Client, Toad, MS Access, or equivalents • 4+ years of working in a cross-functional Data integration, analysis & reports development role • 4+ years of experience in data design, data sourcing, data gap analysis, data mapping data modeling & data integration (ETL). • Experience in claims processing, provider data maintenance or loading • Experience in data analysis and/or audit experience within the healthcare industry • 3+ years’ experience with managing distributed teams (onshore & offshore) • Proven track record of building high quality software using an Agile/Scrum methodology • Excellent communication skills including ability to communicate effectively with various levels of leadership • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Access and PowerPoint) & Sharepoint. • Willingness to travel when necessary.
